Well, I think that it lives on in the memories of those who knew you. After they're gone I think that we become an artifact. That's because no one alive then could have experienced you. It's got nothing to do with the person per se. Heaven and hell are left to those who remember us. As to Mum - well, she did the best she could. She just didn't have what I needed: love. Poor thing.
